Making a Purchase & the Contract
By placing an order on our website, you declare that you are at least eighteen years old, and that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract. To make a purchase you are required to complete our simple checkout process and to input your information to complete the transaction.
Upon placing your order, we will send you an order acknowledgement email, to advise you that we have received your order request.
When your order is ready to be dispatched, we will then send you a dispatch confirmation email. It’s at this point that we accept your order, and the contract is formed.
We reserve the right to cancel an order should there be an issue with stock levels or payment details, or the identification of a pricing or product description error.
We accept payment via all UK debit / credit cards, items will only be dispatched on receipt of full payment. Prices may change at any time before completion of sale.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
Stock availability
We try to maintain accurate stock levels, however, after you have placed your order, if we discover an item is out of stock, we will notify you immediately, you will have the option of a substitute product or a partial refund on the out-of-stock item(s) or a full refund of the order if you desire.
Colours, Sizes & Weights
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

Liability
K&J Celebrations shall not be liable in any way for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from the delivery of goods being delayed or prevented or for any other reason beyond our control including the acts of any third parties. Furthermore, in no event will we be liable for any loss or damage including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever whether arising from loss of data, loss of profits or loss of revenue in connection with the use of this website.
Delivery
Royal Mail orders will be dispatched the next working day. Royal Mail delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. We only deliver Royal Mail to UK addresses. Orders to addresses outside of the UK will be cancelled.
We are not liable for delays caused by external influences
We reserve the right to refuse delivery to any address
Local delivery is only available in the PL7 area
Cancellations and Returns
Cancelling
Orders can be cancelled within 14 days by contacting us stating your intent to cancel and your order number, if your order has already been despatched you will need to return it to us.
Returning Unwanted Items
We want you to be happy with everything you buy from K&J Celebrations. If you are not completely satisfied with any goods you have purchased, then please notify us immediately and return them to us within 14 days for a full refund. Goods must be received in original condition and packaging with all components intact.
Sets & bundles must be returned as a complete set, any partial sets will not be refunded.

When returning your item(s) please make sure that:
· Items are packaged securely
· You include your original order number / Receipt
· You send via recorded delivery
You are liable for the postage cost and your original delivery cost will not be refunded
Refunds will be processed within 5 working days
Personalised items can only be returned if the goods are faulty.
Returning Damaged Goods
All products are checked prior to dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged item, we will offer a full refund or exchange. Please contact us within 2 days of receipt quoting your order number and a description of the damage. We may ask for photographic proof or return of the product before processing an exchange or refund.

Initially you will be liable for the postage cost of damaged items, postage fees will be refunded on conclusion of our investigation when found in your favour.
Health & Safety
Toy Safety - All the toys comply with the European Toy Safety Regulations and bear the CE mark and age guides where appropriate.
Please retain any packaging for future reference.
Adults should inflate balloons and supervise their use with children under 8 years • Chocolate Products - Whilst every care has been taken, these products may contain traces of nuts. • Confectionery - Adult supervision is recommended for all of our sweets when being consumed by a child. WARNING: Lollipops are a potential choking hazard. Not suitable for children under 3 years.
