Delivery
Royal Mail orders will be dispatched the next working day. Royal Mail delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. We only deliver Royal Mail to UK addresses. Orders to addresses outside of the UK will be cancelled.
We are not liable for delays caused by external influences
We reserve the right to refuse delivery to any address
Local delivery is only available in the PL7 area
Cancellations and Returns
Cancelling
Orders can be cancelled within 14 days by contacting us stating your intent to cancel and your order number, if your order has already been despatched you will need to return it to us.
Returning Unwanted Items
We want you to be happy with everything you buy from K&J Celebrations. If you are not completely satisfied with any goods you have purchased, then please notify us immediately and return them to us within 14 days for a full refund. Goods must be received in original condition and packaging with all components intact.
Sets & bundles must be returned as a complete set, any partial sets will not be refunded.

When returning your item(s) please make sure that:
· Items are packaged securely
· You include your original order number / Receipt
· You send via recorded delivery
You are liable for the postage cost and your original delivery cost will not be refunded
Refunds will be processed within 5 working days
Personalised items can only be returned if the goods are faulty.
Returning Damaged Goods
All products are checked prior to dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged item, we will offer a full refund or exchange. Please contact us within 2 days of receipt quoting your order number and a description of the damage. We may ask for photographic proof or return of the product before processing an exchange or refund.

Initially you will be liable for the postage cost of damaged items, postage fees will be refunded on conclusion of our investigation when found in your favour.
